Here are our hours over the holidays: If you need care during this time, simply call Healthline or our practice number (07 378 4080), and you’ll be directed to the right place.

Our neighbours at Taupō Health Centre will be covering our triage on January 3rd for any urgent needs at the standard rate, so we can take a well-earned break too!

Please ensure you order your medication in time for Christmas and New Year, as there may be delays in processing prescriptions over the holiday period.

There will also be delays in responding to portal queries. The portal is not for urgent matters — please call if you need assistance during this period. In case of an emergency, dial 111.
