Presently all of New Zealand apart from Auckland is at Covid-19 Level 2. Auckland remains at Covid-19 Alert Level 4. Both levels will be reviewed by the Government on Monday the 20th September.
We will advise of any changes as they come to light.
Please note that we will be operating at Covid-19 Alert Level 2 restrictions. Please continue to phone first.
At Covid-19 Level 2 we will have a staff member at our front door and they will be screening patients prior to entry. Please be prepared to be asked questions prior to entering the clinic. For all visitors to the clinic please ensure that you wear a mask and if you are unwell please call first. You will also be required to scan or sign in on arrival.
At Alert Level 2 we are also required to minimise the number of patients inside the clinic at any one time, due to this and that we are at Level 2 we will be offering patients virtual appointments opposed to face to face, your provider will determine which of these you require.
We are contactable via phone, 07-3784080 but please be aware due to increased call volumes that it is likely that there may be some delays in answering your call especially first thing in the morning. We can also be contacted via the MyIndici application.
The Unichem Taupo Medical Pharmacy is operational and accessible via their back door, presently there will be no access to the Pharmacy through the clinic.
We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause but wish to assure you that we will do all we can to attend to your needs as promptly as we can.
If you require urgent medical attention please call 111.
