New Zealand says goodbye to the Alert Level System and moves into the new Covid Traffic Light Framework on Thursday the 2nd December at 11.59pm (so will apply from Friday 3rd). Taupo is currently in RED.

We will continue to screen patients at our front door to minimise the risk of Covid entering our practice.  We will require all that wish to enter to sign in and wear a mask.  However, at this time we will not be asking for proof of vaccination.

We appreciate your patience in regards to this, it is our aim to keep you and our staff ‘safe’.

We are contactable via phone, 07-3784080 but please be aware due to increased call volumes that it is likely that there may be some delays in answering your call especially first thing in the morning. We can also be contacted via the MyIndici application.

The Unichem Taupo Medical Pharmacy is operational and accessible via their back door, presently there will be no access to the Pharmacy through the clinic.

We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause but wish to assure you that we will do all we can to attend to your needs as promptly as we can.
If you require urgent medical attention please call 111.
